Majority of 2018 funding being spent on basic operating costs and clubhouse basic interior including structural repair, wallboard, ceiling, bathroom and utilities
Next year's clubhouse efforts include flooring, kitchen installation, ceiling fans, fireplace finishing and possibly a 2nd HVAC unit depending on budget
Action taken to investigate transitioning to a property owner's association and whether it would provide us more leverage for dues collections, etc.
Motion passed changing bylaws to a minimum of 3 board members - they are as follows:
President/Treasurer - Dan Waddell
Secretary - Stephanie Subocz
Vice President - Charles Realmuto
