QUESTION: What are HOA Fees?ANSWER: Approximately $350.00 a year includes common areas maintenance and street lighting.

QUESTION: Can the homesites be fenced?ANSWER: Yes, with developer approval.  No chain link is permitted.

QUESTION: How much is the required homesite purchase deposit?ANSWER: As little as $1,000.00 down for homesite reservation.

QUESTION: Is financing available?ANSWER: Yes

QUESTION: Can we choose our home builder? ANSWER: Yes, with developer approval.

QUESTION: Is there a time line restriction for building? ANSWER: No there are no time line restrictions on building, however, when you do build it must be no less than 1200 sq ft of living area.

QUESTION: Does the property have a golf course or tennis? ANSWER: No the property does not offer these amenities. Please review the location map for numerous golf courses within 20-30 minutes from the property.

QUESTION: How much deposit is required to secure a lot? ANSWER: $1,000 deposit is required to secure the lot. After choosing the lot the deposit must be paid within 48 hours. Payment can be made by faxing or giving over the phone the credit card number, or by sending the check by overnight service. Check should be made out to Ocoee Mount Club and sent to:
